Biography

Mr. Palazzo is an investment professional at Axle Point with over 3 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He developed his expertise in financial analysis and valuation throughout his rigorous investment banking program at Wells Fargo Securities where he assisted in the execution of over $10 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions across live and location-based entertainment, diversified media, sports, and technology sectors.

Prior to his investment banking experience, Mr. Palazzo was a private equity analyst at Fiume Capital. There, he evaluated investment opportunities across media, entertainment, sports, technology and consumer sectors. Prior to his private equity experience, he worked as a summer and fall investment banking analyst at Piper Sandler in the mergers and acquisitions group, focusing on diversified industrials and services companies, as well as Valtus Capital Group and Union Gaming, focusing on M&A and financing in the gaming, lodging, leisure and consumer sectors.
